Terms of use
1. The service
myreach.top gives creators tools to publish links, offers, bookings, forms, and digital products. We may change or stop a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
2. Accounts
Give accurate account information. Keep your password and API keys private. You are responsible for activity from your account. One person or business may not impersonate another or claim a name they do not control.
3. Content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us permission to host and display it to run the service. Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or spam activity. We may remove content or suspend access when needed to protect people or the service.
4. Payments
When enabled, customer card payments use Stripe Connect destination charges to a creator's connected Stripe account. Pro subscription billing, if enabled, is a separate charge to the platform's Stripe account. Stripe terms apply.
Crypto payments are not offered.
5. Privacy

6. Disclaimer and limits
The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, myreach.top is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, or loss caused by a creator’s content, payment provider, wallet, or customer relationship.
