What we collect
- Account details: name, email, login provider, page name, and onboarding choices.
- Waitlist details: email address, submission time, source, and user-agent string, used to manage pre-launch interest and contact people about registration availability.
- Creator content: profile, links, offers, bookings, leads, course progress, and settings you save.
- Payment records: provider, payment ID, amount, currency, status, and limited checkout metadata. Payment card data stays with the payment provider; we do not ask creators to paste secret keys into public pages.
- Optional first-party analytics: aggregate visits and selected button clicks on the MyReach homepage/waitlist and creator pages, plus approximate country, device class, referrer host, clicked item labels, and coarse creator-page click-map positions. These events are collected only after you allow analytics. A creator may also configure Google Analytics 4 for their own page; it loads only after your analytics consent.
How we use it
We use data to authenticate you, host your page, process requested bookings or purchases, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Who receives it
Configured service providers may include Cloudflare, Stripe, calendar providers, domain search, storage, transactional email, and Google Analytics when a creator configures it and you consent. Creator card payments use Stripe Connect; Pro subscription billing may use the platform Stripe account.
How long we keep it
We keep account and page data while the account is active, plus records needed for security, accounting, disputes, or legal duties. First-party aggregate analytics are retained for up to 180 days. Google Analytics retention is controlled by the creator’s configured property. Creators can request account deletion from Settings, subject to required retention. Waitlist entries are automatically deleted 12 months after submission; expired entries from before this retention rule was introduced are removed during an admin export.
Your choices
Settings lets an authenticated owner export page data, database records, and upload details as JSON. Uploaded file contents, credentials, password hashes, sessions, and provider secrets are excluded. Account deletion is available in Settings. You can reject or withdraw optional analytics at any time in Cookie settings; your choice is stored in this browser until you change or clear it. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep optional analytics off. Waitlist removal can be requested by contacting [email protected]; identity verification may be needed. Children and changes
The service is not directed to children who cannot consent to data processing. We may update this policy from time to time; the version published on this page applies.
