Everything you need to know about building, selling and getting discovered with MyReach.
Getting started5
What is MyReach?
One page that gives what you do an identity, an address and a way to convert — links, products, bookings and payments, with analytics behind them. See the homepage for the whole picture.
How do I create a page?
Sign up, pick an available name, and you land in your admin — your page is live in seconds. The Help Center walks through it with screenshots.
Where can I check MyReach service status?
See current health and recent availability on the MyReach status page.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited links and a page at myreach.top/you — no card required. Products and bookings are Pro features; new Pro subscriptions are currently unavailable because billing is disabled.
Can I use MyReach on my phone?
Author pages are built mobile-first, and the admin works from a phone browser for quick edits.
Pages & links4
What can I put on my page?
Links to profiles, communities and websites; digital products and downloads; bookings; videos; email capture — all in one consistent design. Details on the storefront page.
How many links can I add?
Unlimited, on every plan including Free. Group them into sections and reorder any time — see Links.
Can I reorder my page?
Yes — drag cards inside a section, and whole sections around the page. The admin shows the result before you publish. See the Page Editor.
Can I change my address?
Yes. Addresses can be renamed, and older links keep working — nobody lands on a dead page.
Products4
What kinds of digital products can I sell?
Guides, PDFs, templates, asset packs, reports, course resources — any file you can upload. See Digital Products.
How do customers receive their purchase?
Hosted products deliver through a private, account-tied link created at checkout — right after paying, with no manual work from you.
Can several products appear on one page?
Yes — as many product cards as you like, each with its own artwork, price and description.
Are products available on the Free plan?
Products and bookings are Pro features. New Pro subscriptions are currently unavailable because billing is disabled.
Bookings4
How does the booking calendar work?
Each booking card carries its own weekdays and time slots. Visitors pick a day, pick a slot, and the booking lands in your dashboard. See Bookings.
Can I charge for a booking?
Paid bookings use Stripe checkout when payments are enabled on a page. New Pro subscriptions are currently unavailable because billing is disabled. Free booking requests can also be confirmed by you.
Will people double-book my slots?
No. A slot is held while someone checks out (12 minutes); a second visitor sees it as taken. Paid bookings persist and repeated confirmations are ignored.
Can I use Calendly instead?
Yes — a Calendly event link can sit on the booking card as a fallback, with the built-in calendar handling your own slots.
Payments4
Does MyReach charge a transaction fee?
No. MyReach adds no platform transaction fee — 0% on your sales.
Does Stripe still charge processing fees?
Yes. Stripe's standard processing fees apply to each payment, and payout timing depends on your account, payment method and region.
How do I start taking payments?
Payments are a Pro feature, and new Pro subscriptions are currently unavailable because billing is disabled. Eligible pages can connect Stripe from the dashboard through Stripe Connect. See Payments.
Who handles payouts?
Stripe pays out directly to the bank account of the Stripe account you connect. MyReach never holds customer funds.
Domains3
What address do I get on the free plan?
A live page at myreach.top/you — pick your name at signup. More on Domains.
Can I use my own domain?
The .top availability search is live. New registration and self-service setup are currently disabled. Existing domains can be attached after ownership and DNS checks.
What if the name I want is taken?
The search checks availability live, including site routes and existing pages, and shows what is free.
Analytics3
What can I measure?
Views, link clicks, sales, bookings and revenue — see Analytics for the readout.
Which plan includes analytics?
Basic analytics is included in Free. Analytics tools are part of Pro.
Can I see clicks per link?
Yes — clicks are attributed per link and card, so you can tell what earns attention.
Plans & billing3
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes unlimited links and a page at myreach.top/you. Pro includes products and bookings, a you.myreach.top page path, and analytics tools. New Pro subscriptions and custom .top registration are currently disabled.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro is listed at $4/month. New Pro subscriptions are currently unavailable because billing is disabled.
Will Pro remove the MyReach footer?
Yes — removing the myreach.top footer credit is a Pro feature.
AI agents4
What is an agent page?
A public page giving your agent an identity — name, description, avatar, links — plus offers and bookings where supported. See MyReach for Agents.
Does my agent need to be hosted by MyReach?
No. Your agent runs wherever it runs; the page is its front door on the web.
Does MyReach provide an API?
Yes — every page can issue scoped API keys, and the REST API covers your store, bookings and analytics. Read the API guide.
What themes do agent pages get?
Nine ready-made agent themes (github, gitlab, claude, openai, mistral and more) plus a freestyle links layout.
Businesses4
Does MyReach replace our company website?
No — it is the fast, focused layer beside it, for launches, campaigns and offers that need to be live today. See MyReach for Businesses.
Can a business create multiple pages?
Multiple pages per account are a Pro feature. New Pro subscriptions are currently unavailable because billing is disabled.
Can multiple people manage a page?
A MyReach page belongs to one account. Owners can grant scoped access through page API keys.
Can we accept payments or bookings?
MyReach supports Stripe payments for products and services, plus booking calendars. New Pro subscriptions are currently unavailable because billing is disabled.
Google data1
How does MyReach use Google data?
Google sign-in uses your Google account email and name to access your MyReach account. If you connect Google Calendar, MyReach checks free/busy availability for booking slots and creates booking events with attendee invitations. You can choose whether new events include a Google Meet link. MyReach uses availability only and does not read existing event titles, descriptions, or attendee lists. Read the Privacy Policy.
